  My mother was in this skilled nursing home for a very short time, because I discovered the wonderful smells and kindnesses shown during the day were not what was experienced in the evenings. Patients were stuck in hallways at 9pm, in wheelchairs crying out, and begging to go to bed, while the staff sat and ate McDonald meals ignoring their patients. It was a nightmare. The supervisor was wonderful and trying hard to handle it all without staff support. I removed her to a well staffed facility with very few of her clothes because they had lost them moving her from one wing to another. Normally I would forgive and forget, but this experience was one I wish for no one else.
